The stress clinic is a psychiatry department of the KAIST Clinic where you can receive treatment for a variety of mental disorders, including academic and interpersonal difficulties, sleep disorders, depression, and anxiety.
Different treatment programs are currently being run by mental health professionals, including psychiatric specialists, clinical psychologists, and mental health nurses, and the contents of treatment, counseling, and psychological test results are kept in strict confidence.
Treatment of various mental disorders
The stress clinic treats various disorders, including, mood disorders, such as depressive disorder and bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders, such as panic disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder, psychotic disorders, organic mental disorder, sleep disorders, substance use disorders, and child/adolescent mental disorders.
Provision of personalized treatment programs
To accurately diagnose the current condition of our patients, we administer objective tests, such as comprehensive psychological examinations and neurocognitive function tests, and based on the results, treatment programs such as medication, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and brain stimulation therapy are provided.
